JSP offers the following services:
- Installation and maintenance of video surveillance systems
- Installation and configuration of WiFi networks and structured cabling
- IP telephony and intercom solutions
- Custom software development
- Sale of computer and network equipment
- Technical support and maintenance
Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit according to agreed terms. Prices are indicated in Haitian Gourdes (HTG) or US Dollars (USD).
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- MonCash
- Bank transfer
- Check
Warranty and Support
Our installations come with a warranty according to the terms defined in the service contract. Technical support is available according to the hours displayed on our site.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Ensure access to premises for interventions
- Respect agreed payment conditions
- Not use our services for illegal purposes
Limitation of Liability
JSP shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to JSP or its partners.
Privacy
The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Modification of Terms
JSP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Port-au-Prince.
